- A file that won’t open or stitch right: the design name, the format, your machine model and what happens. A photo of the stitch-out helps a lot.
- The viewer or converter: your browser and device, and the format you were opening. You don’t need to send the file unless we ask; the tools work on your device, so we can’t see it otherwise.
